FAQ

How is Albaspot priced?
You pay per active module, per month, per asset: DNS Management is $2 per zone, DMARC Monitoring is $4 per domain, Website Basic is $10 per site, Website Premium is $30 per site. Domain registration is a separate annual fee charged per TLD at registration and renewal. There are no per-seat, per-client, or platform-access charges.
Do I have to use all modules?
No. Activate only what you need — DNS only, DMARC only, hosting only, or any combination. Add others later when client needs grow.
Is there a contract?
No. Add or drop modules per-domain monthly. Cancel anytime.
What happens if I activate Website Premium then realize I don't need it?
Downgrade to Website Basic at any time. Proration applied to the current billing period.
Are clients and team seats really unlimited?
Yes. The platform's value is helping you manage many clients — charging per-client would be backwards. Add as many clients and team members as your business needs.
Do you charge per DMARC report or per email volume?
No. DMARC is priced per domain only. Process unlimited aggregate reports and email volume on each monitored domain.
Can I host websites elsewhere and still use Albaspot for DNS and DMARC?
Yes. The modules are independent. Many MSPs use Albaspot for DNS and DMARC on every client while hosting websites on their existing infrastructure.
Is registration required to use DNS or DMARC modules?
No. You can manage DNS and DMARC on any domain regardless of where it is registered.
Do you offer MSP partner or wholesale pricing?
Yes — for qualifying MSPs and through select cloud distribution marketplaces. Contact sales for partner program eligibility.
