Every domain in Albaspot has a notes and incident timeline where your team can log what happened, when, and why — directly alongside the domain it relates to. No need to dig through emails, tickets, or a separate wiki to piece together history.
Useful for recording onboarding details, DNS change rationale, SSL incident notes, or anything else the next person who opens that domain should know. Notes are visible to all MSP team members with access to the client.
