Will Windows 7 support 20 concurrent network connections?

It looks like Windows 7 will support up to 20 users connected to a share or network sessions. That is great news for small to medium size companies that use Windows XP to share files. That’s double of what  Windows XP will handle.

I know you can have as many connections as you want on a linux machine with samba installed but there is some cases when an application needs to run on the same machine, like Quickbooks file manager will not run on linux. There is plenty of other software that will only run with Microsoft SQL as well. I think Micro$oft is being less evil lately.

I was playing around with net command and when I ran “net config server” i got that display. If that is true it’s pretty cool. Hopefully they will not strip it out on final release. Look at the same command of XP desktop.
